Supermarket safe spaces for people suffering from domestic abuse @yourcroydon @MPSAddiscombe


Croydon Family Justice Centre and the local police are working with supermarkets to offer safe spaces within their stores for those seeking help against domestic abuse. Staff will give you access to a phone so you can call for support and advice.

Speak to any member of staff at these supermarkets:

  • Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 10am to 4pm

Those needing support outside of the centre’s opening hours can call the free 24-hour National Domestic Abuse Hotline on 0808 2000 247. In an emergency, call the police on 999.
