Pilates is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. It focuses on core muscles and increases joint mobility.
First class free, then £10 drop-in or £40 for 5 weeks. Classes take place in the meeting room at St Mary Magdalene Church, Canning Road.
