| From: Roger Wagner <rogerwag@mac.com> Subject: SaveTheGlam Minutes 08.12.21 – Moratorium Expires BUT Owners’ £2m Deal fails to float Date: 19 January 2022 at 13:11:43 GMT The current absentee owners of The Glamorgan refused to sell to our Glamorgan Phoenix community enterprise, preferring to hold out for their ‘developers’ price’ from a private company with ambitions to demolish and build a brutalist tower – like the one whose plans they withdrew in the face of overwhelming community objections last summer. The Glamorgan is currently still advertised as ‘for sale’ so it appears the bidders who ‘outbid’ our community have failed to materialise! What a surprise!
