Meet Councillor Patrica Hay-Justice and a local police officer on Oval Road, opposite the Oval Road passage.

The walk will last for an hour and include Cedar and Bisenden Roads, Cross Road, Alpha and Leslie Grove.

Two of us turned up just before 2:30, waited 20 minutes, but no sign of police or councillor.
