What on earth is the point of moving the PO to TG Jones (aka W H Smith) in the Whitgift Centre when the latter is supposed to be redeveloped (currently on plan Number ? which seems to concentrate on Centrale with the Whitgift becoming a maze of individual shops and little roads).
