Thanks to the Oval Tavern for providing such an asset to our neighbourhood. Wonderful pub, with music and a lovely garden, what a difference Esther has made to our neighbourhood! I love it and long may it continue.
There are however, complaints about noise! What do you expect? You chose to live near a pub!
I live close to the pub and I love, absolutely love it. – Those who complain about normal activity know nothing – absolutely nothing – of the public chequered history and how much it has improved. It is a neighbourhood asset, unlike the moaners and the groaners we have to tolerate round here..
And to those who seem to think they ought to live in a detached house, far, far away from any ordinary people, why don’t you?
