Proposed hotel/HMO 51 Addiscombe Road

Dear ecco,
we are really concerned about a planning application converting a 5 bedroom family home to unstaffed 13 bed hostel.  The deadline for comments is 12 o’clock on the 29th of August.  We would be very grateful if ecco can help in any way alerting residents.  Please see attached.

  1. I walk past this house now and again and think it is one of the nicest in the area. Shocking to see what they intend to do with it. Have objected on Croydon Planning even though I live half a mile away.
