The proposed changes include

• moving East Croydon station 100m to the north and providing escalator access
• rebuilding Windmill Bridge, which will involve the temporary closure of Little Road Playground and the southern end of Gloucester Road
• building flyovers and underpasses for railway lines at Selhurst Junction
• improving Norwood Junction station
