Croydon Council is  proposing a community toilet scheme  which will see community organisations and local businesses opening their toilets to the public without charge. Toilets will be accessible and have baby changing facilities.

We have just one public toilet in the ECCO area – at the corner of Moreland Road and Lower Addiscombe Road.
