Pilates is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. It focuses on core muscles and increases joint mobility.
£10 drop-in or £40 for 5 weeks booked as a block. Classes take place in the meeting room at St Mary Magdalene Church, Canning Road. Beginners class at 18.30 and an improvers class at 19.45.
