Comment on the revised plans for East Croydon Medical Centre. Addiscombe Road #eastcroydon

The initial plans for the new building have been rejected by Croydon Council.  The revised plans can been viewed in the medical centre waiting room.  Changes include lower roof height and underground parking for staff.  You can comment on these plans by emailing CROCCG.ecmcadministration@nhs.net

Other news

  • a lift is currently being built at the former entrance to the surgery.  The new entrance is at the other side of the building.  This lift will be incorporated into the new building.
  • Heathfield Surgery has merged with East Croydon Medical Centre.  The nine staff from Heathfield will move to the East Croydon site in January 2018 and the surgery there will be closed.

  1. How is ECMC going to come with an additional 3000 patients? It already takes weeks to get an appointment; I recently wanted one with a specific GP and was told ‘nothing until JANUARY!’
