Transport for London intends to undertake road works overnight on 27 August 2017. This work was originally scheduled to happen on 1 August.

The work involves installing five metres of cable on Addiscombe Road between Lebanon Road and Addiscombe Court Road. The first hour of works are expected to be the noisiest while they break out a narrow section of the road surface.  However, they will be use noise barriers to help mitigate any disturbance and their operatives are briefed to respect nearby residents whilst going about their work.  Transport for London apologise in advance for any disruption that may be caused.

This section of Addiscombe road will be closed and a short traffic diversion will be in operation.  However, resident parking will be unaffected and the tram service will resume as normal following the work.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Transport for London customer services team on 0343 222 1234 or contact them via their web form which you can find at tfl.gov.uk/contact.
