Bishops Wine Bar was founded in 1982 and is run by East Croydon resident Angela Ferrara. It boasts a fabulous collection of football scarves and a thoroughly spoilt cat. Its existence is threatened by the sudden closure of the nearest Whitgift Centre car park, which will reduce footfall in the area.

You can get to Bishops Wine Bar from the upper level of the Whitgift Centre or by walking up the ramp from Wellesley Road.
