The Croydon Town Centre Regeneration Project will be funded by Croydon Council and the Mayor of London. It will cover an area from London Road to South Croydon, Old Town to the East Croydon station area.
Changes in East Croydon will be based on the existing East Croydon Masterplan. The area covered by the plan can be seen below. New transport infrastructure and interchange facilities will be developed in the area including Ruskin Square, Cherry Orchard Road and the Royal Mail site.
