Some of our neighbours in the East Croydon Community Organisation area are profoundly deaf and will not be able to take part in our AGM without the help of a BSL interpreter. Unfortunately, as a small voluntary organisation, we do not have the funds to pay someone to fulfil this role.
We need someone who can interpret the questions asked by local people of their local MP and ward councillors, as well as the replies of the latter. The chair of the meeting will also read out some notices and there will be some general discussion. If you are able to provide this service on a voluntary basis, please email us on mail@eastcroydon.org.uk.
