Greystar, owners of Ten Degrees, the dark green skyscraper on George Street, are holding two consultation events on their proposals for the development of One Lansdowne Road.

The site has existing planning permission to deliver two buildings of 68 and 45 storeys and a 11-storey podium. They are proposing to reduce these to two buildings of 47 and 32 storeys and a green square, providing about 780 dwelling units for rent. If these plans go ahead, the developers will make a contribution towards a new street-level crossing over Wellesley Road.
