Eight GoodGym volunteers were joined by four local residents (Ann Douthwaite,  Steve Thompson,  Angela Vanegas and me).

46 bags were filled with litter,  weeds and overgrowth from the planted area to the east and west of the junction of Bisenden Road and Addiscombe Road.   That is the most impressive productivity per person of any of the 17 Goodgym visits since 2017.

Grateful thanks to the Goodgym volunteers,  and not least to the three local ECCO volunteers who joined me.

We look to the Council to step up to the plate in 2023 to cut back branches of trees and shrubs which overhang the footway,  and to keep ivy and weeds and litter under control so that residents can better enjoy the wild flowers and plants which are currently suppressed.
