Save The Glamorgan annual general meeting, in-person & Zoom, 7pm Thursday 27 October

The Glamorgan was housed in a pub originally called The Horse and Groom. The earliest record of the latter dates from 1835 and the building may be the oldest one still standing in East Croydon.

The pub closed down in November 2016. It was bought by a developer who would like to demolish the building and build a block of flats on the site.

The Save The Glamorgan campaign group are trying to get the building reopened as a pub. If you are not already a member, you can obtain the an agenda for the AGM, its location and joining instructions for the meeting on Zoom from rogerwag@mac.com
