Amro Partners and Flemyn are proposing to replace the Croydon Park Hotel building with a tower block containing 450 rentable dwelling units of different sizes. It is proposed to call the new building The Lilibet.

They are holding two drop-in public exhibitions in the Croydon Park Hotel building on Thursday 20^th October from 5pm – 7.30pm and Saturday 22^nd October from 10am – 2pm, where you can pass on your opinions to their staff.
