There will be free swimming sessions for children and young people aged 16 and under at Croydon’s leisure centres during general Swim for All Sessions. Adults must accompany children aged eight or younger.

There are pools at New Addington, Purley, South Norwood, Thornton Heath and Waddon. Pool timetables and opening times for each leisure centre can be found at www.better.org.uk/croydon

You have to get a membership card beforehand by

• filling in an application form online via www.better.org.uk/freeswimcroydon
• using the self-service machines at one of the leisure centres.

Membership cards cost £2 and must to be collected from the centres.  ID may be required.  The membership card can be used throughout the summer and can replaced if lost or stolen.

The membership card also features additional benefits, including up to 30% off non-member prices on activities including badminton court hire and fun Splash Time sessions in the pool, which include floats and inflatables.
