
Think Parkour but in nature! Sessions include:
* Wild fun and fitness activity using trees and surrounding natural resources
* Developing mindful and skilful movement in natural spaces
* Promoting intelligent risk taking
* Supporting confidence building
* Encouraging joyful self expression
* Enabling re-connection with nature
For young people aged 11-16 (up to 25 with additional needs). Once a month on Wednesday evenings 4-6pm until October 2019
