Morello Phase I (on the site of Galaxy House) is almost fully occupied and is due for completion towards the end of December. The marketing and sales office will remain on site for the next few months.

Cherry Orchard Gardens (on the corner of Cherry Orchard Road and Oval Road): dismantling of the works site will be carried out in December and January . This will not include work over the weekends or over the Christmas period and no road closures will be required.  You can call  the project manager, Ian Winsor,  on 07771 763 497 if you have any concerns about this process.

Morello Phase II is awaiting planning consent.  The application includes two 25 storey towers on Cherry Orchard Road (mixture of homes and businesses), the completion of the link to the bridge over East Croydon station and further homes in Cherry Orchard Gardens. The date that construction will start depends on the date consent is given and market demand.  The basement carpark for the towers has already been constructed as part of Phase I.
