At the annual general meeting, at 8 – 9.30 pm on Monday, 11 July at Ark Oval Primary Academy, 98 Cherry Orchard Road, Croydon CR0 6BA, we will adopt our constitution Constitution ECCO v3, note income and expenditure to date and elect steering group members.
Only people who live or work in the East Croydon Community Organisation area will be eligible to vote and be elected to the steering group. This area includes Addiscombe Court Rd, Addiscombe Rd (north side from Cherry Orchard Rd to Canning Rd), Alpha Rd, Bisenden Rd, Blake Rd, Brickwood Rd, Bridge Row, Cedar Rd, Cherry Orchard Rd, Chisholm Rd, Colson Rd, Cross Rd, Edwin Place, Jackson’s Place, John’s Terrace, Lebanon Rd, Leslie Grove, Leslie Grove Place, Leslie Park Rd, Lower Addiscombe Rd (from Windmill Bridge to Canning Rd), Oval Rd, Tunstall Rd.
