The last Green Waste collection is due this week or next, there are plans to replace this free service with a chargeable one next year.

This is a real political ‘hot potato’, a number of ward specific petitions are in circulation, full of party specific comment.

You may wish to canvass your members for views and contact your local councillors for the latest information.
